Who We Are

We are Blakes Place LLC, a service crew based in St. Petersburg, FL. For fifteen years, we have shown up on time, done the work right, and kept communication clear from the first call to the final walkthrough. Our team travels to you, so there is no shop to visit and no runaround. We handle the job on-site and leave the property better than we found it.

Our work covers more than one trade. We do pressure washing on driveways, sidewalks, patios, and concrete surfaces to strip away dirt, mold, and grime. We take on interior painting for walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinets, and exterior painting with weather-resistant coatings for homes, fences, and siding. Our tree crew manages tree removal for hazardous or damaged trees, tree trimming to keep growth healthy and safe, and stump grinding when it is time to reclaim a bed for new planting.

There is more to it than surfaces and trees. Our landscaping work includes lawn care, mulching, sod installation, and plant installation. When a project generates a mess, our hauling and debris removal crew clears out junk, yard waste, branches, and construction leftovers. We also offer handyman service for the smaller repairs and installations that keep a home or commercial space running.
