Service Description. This Site describes Pressure Washing, Exterior Painting, Interior Painting, Landscaping, Tree Removal, Tree Trimming, Stump Grinding, Hauling provided by Blakes Place LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://blakesplacellcfl.com is the property of Blakes Place LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Blakes Place LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Blakes Place LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Blakes Place LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Blakes Place LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
